2 - 5# pork roasts
2 - Spanish onions, chopped
6 - cloves garlic - crushed
2 - Cups BBQ Sauce (Stubb's Sweet Heat)
1 - Cup apple cider vinegar
1 - Cup Water
1/2 - Cup Brown Sugar
2 - Tbsp Whole Grain Mustard
2 - Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
2 - Tbsp Chili Pepper
1/2 - Tbsp Cayenne Pepper
3 - Tspn Thyme
Throw it all in the crock pot, set it and forget it.
Going to serve it with Portuguese rolls and homemade Amish slaw (no mayo).
Yum!
