Religious exemptions for health care workers are done as of Monday 11/22. Any health care workers who haven't gotten at least the first dose by Monday will be unemployed. That includes even workers who don't see or get exposed to patients.

Meanwhile, they're saying there is a spike in vaccinated people ending up in the hospitals lately. Hospitals as a rule tend to run light on staff and there have been recent strikes by the nurses in Buffalo due to the workload and their contract negotiations. Estimates are that the Rochester area medical system will be losing at least 1500 workers. Throw in Rochester setting violent crime records this year, and it appears things could get 'interesting'.

This is the part where thughes gets to sit back, enjoy a beer, and feel even better about his recent relocation.

So I'm confused in something. I was reading an article about the new variant and it said something about 30 mutations and I think at least 20 on the spike protein itself. The spike protein is what the vaccines show your body to create "protection". So why are they saying new variant likely bypasses "some" of the vaccine protection but not all of it?

Also they believe this variant was likely created by someone with a compromised immune system. Their body likely couldn't clear the virus so it kept changing and evolving before they spread it. Will Fauci and the Biden administration throw people with compromised immune systems into camps to prevent more variants? After all that's where science would lead us?

How about we just admit covid sucks, people will die which is awful but there is nothing we can do at this point. Get vaccinated or don't. Wear a mask or don't. Let's just get on with our lives already.

Let's see, our stupid governor has decided to declare another state or emergency about a variant that isn't in our state or even confirmed in our country. She says if your not vaccinated to get vaccinated and if you are vaccinated to get vaccinated again (booster).

I'm sure this has nothing to do with her vaccine mandate hurting our healthcare system so she wants to limit non essential and non urgent procedures.

So apparently our vaccine makers have been making up new vaccines and testing them on people with no intent to release them to general public to work out kinks in case we get a variant that gets by their "vaccines".

A second ruling, by a Kentucky-based federal judge, paused the administration's vaccine mandate for federal contractors in Kentucky, Ohio and Tennessee.

In all likelihood, the answer to that question is no," the President George W. Bush appointee said in his order, which blocked the contractor mandate in Kentucky, Ohio and Tennessee.

Last week I wrote a reporter who did a fact check on the statement that you can't get the FDA approved vaccine. He claimed the statement was false.

Unfortunately I didn't get a response asking where I could get it anywhere in NYS.

I truly do find it suspect that I can't Comirnaty anywhere in the country at this point.

Norwegian Cruise Lines confirmed 10 cases among its passengers and crew members on Saturday and then seven more on Sunday, according to the Louisiana Department of Health. The cruise line confirmed in a statement that it had identified a "handful" of cases onboard the Norwegian Breakaway and said all of them are asymptomatic.

Both Norwegian Cruise Lines and the Port of New Orleans said the cruise line requires all guests and crew members to be fully vaccinated, with on-site testing and proof of vaccination needed in order for people to board.
