Unfortunately from what I've been reading flexibility means unpaid leave until the employees submit and get the shot. Just firing employees doesn't give them the chance to change their minds like Biden wants.

        Let's go Brandon!

Vaccine advisors for the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) voted Tuesday that children ages 5-11 should get

The vote comes after a special federal advisory committee met to debate the issue. A final say on the matter is expected from CDC Director Dro. Rochelle Walensky.

Last week, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) authorized emergency use for kid doses, which are about one-third of the dose given to adolescents and adults. The vaccine is already approved for emergency use in children 12-15 years old.
At the end of October, the FDA affirmed results from Pfizer showing that its two-dose shot was nearly 91% effective at preventing symptomatic infection in young children.
They used the same methodology to come up with the 91% effectiveness for kids that they used to come up with the original 95% effectiveness claim they touted for adults.

          https://www.foxnews.com/health/pfize...effective-kids

Researchers calculated that the low-dose vaccine was nearly 91% effective, based on 16 COVID-19 cases in kids who had been given placebo shots versus three cases among vaccinated children. There were no severe illnesses reported among any of the children, but the vaccinated ones had much milder symptoms than their unvaccinated counterparts.
I'd love for someone to do a breakdown comparison of this vaccine effectiveness study compared to a random group of kids that match the age range used in the study.

          • U.S. federal appeals court freezes Biden's vaccine rule for companies

A U.S. federal appeals court issued a stay Saturday freezing the Biden administration's efforts to require workers at U.S. companies with at least 100 employees be vaccinated against COVID-19 or be tested weekly, citing "grave statutory and constitutional" issues with the rule.

Saturday's court order came in response to a joint petition from several businesses, advocacy groups, and the states of Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi, South Carolina and Utah. The rule is also facing separate legal challenges before other courts.

The two-page order directs the Biden administration to respond to the request for a permanent injunction against the rule by 5 p.m. Monday.

"The Occupational Safety and Health Act explicitly gives OSHA the authority to act quickly in an emergency where the agency finds that workers are subjected to a grave danger and a new standard is necessary to protect them"

Kind of a stretch to convince the public (and hopefully the courts) that "workers are subjected to a grave danger and a new standard is necessary to protect them" when said workers have been dealing with covid for going on 2 years now without OSHA pushing any mandates........

                    November 12, 2021 8:07 PM

"the mandate itself is “fatally flawed” because its strained prescriptions combine to make it the rare government pronouncement that is both overinclusive (applying to employers and employees in virtually all industries and workplaces in America, with little attempt to account for the obvious differences between the risks facing, say, a security guard on a lonely night shift, and a meatpacker working shoulder to shoulder in a cramped warehouse) and underinclusive (purporting to save employees with 99 or more coworkers from a “grave danger” in the workplace, while making no attempt to shield employees with 98 or fewer coworkers from the very same threat)"

                      • "It has been well established that natural immunity is far superior to the so-called “protections” offered by the experiment Covid-19 injections. Despite this, the CDC and other health organizations have chosen to ignore natural immunity altogether because acknowledging it could derail their universal vaccine agenda."

"The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention has quietly acknowledged that far more people have natural immunity than was earlier reported. The CDC quietly acknowledged that a staggering 146.6 million people have been infected by the Sars-CoV-2 virus and have survived it."

"One does not need to be an “anti-vaxxer” to acknowledge that natural immunity is better than the jabs. But it goes further than that with data pointing to a possibility that is very inconvenient for vaxx-nannies: The “vaccines” may actually weaken the immune system permanently and take away the natural immunity previously infected Americans have developed."

The theory is that because the vaccine is specifically for the original strain of Covid, that is what it targets. Other strains slip easier by because they are not the same, in a nutshell.

OK. Sounds like antibody dependent enhancement. I've heard about that before. The quote made it sound like the jab hurt your immune system more generally.
