    Nadler is talking about having the DOJ go after Kyle now. If they actually do this, the government is no longer legitimate. A legitimate government isn't weaponized at every level against the political outgroup.

    This heartbreaking verdict is a miscarriage of justice and sets a dangerous precedent which justifies federal review by DOJ. Justice cannot tolerate armed persons crossing state lines looking for trouble while people engage in First Amendment-protected protest.

      Well..... that's kind of the whole point of the 2nd Amendment, being able to defend yourself.

        Nobody forces anyone to attack him. Let's think rationally just for a moment (any longer and the government might not be happy). There is someone outside with an AR-15. WTF do you think is going to happen if you attack him????

        should he have allowed himself to be attacked and killed and then have his firearm taken by criminals to be used by others?

        Does he not have his first amendment right to peacefully assemble? That's what he was doing before being attacked by those who aren't exercising the first amendment because they weren't peaceful.
