Yet another good reason for the judge declaring a mistrial with prejudice then."I ask, Sir, what is dinner? It is the whole chicken. To pluck the chicken is the best and most effectual way to prepare them."
Colonel Sanders
That is a NICE looking bunch of meat!
I can still find a use for my thumb, even though it no longer has a hole to finger.
I could have been enjoying his nuts.

Rittenhouse defense moves for mistrial with prejudice after discovering prosecutors withheld high-definition drone footage. My understanding is that the prosecution used a blurry video still to suggest Rittenhouse pointed his rifle at people and thus 'provoked' his attackers. It appears that higher resolution imagery that didn't allow for misinterpretation of the image was available. At the very least this points to the prosecution intentionally misleading the jury, and at worst is the state intentionally withholding exculpatory evidence.
I need to ask Norm Deguerre x2 whether withholding exculpatory evidence is a crime, but I think it is.

Sounds like this is turning into a Peshittashow with the prosecution making all kinds of stupid excuses about how the video file must have changed because of the defense's phone type or email or some such stupidness even though the metadata clearly shows the defense's low res version of the video was created at a different time and it has a different file name.
How we're in the 21st century and there aren't standard legal procedures for handling digital evidence is beyond me.

This is turning into quite the circus.
https://pjmedia.com/news-and-politic...otage-n1533958Judge Schroeder has yelled at Binger multiple times for his constitutional violations of Fifth Amendment protections and other egregious prejudicial conduct. What Schroeder should do is declare a mistrial based on the multitude of prosecutorial screw-ups that have happened, especially this new video caper (or #compressiongate) mess. Instead, Schroeder decided that there will be a special hearing calling expert technical witnesses and testimony under oath. For real.
Now the prosecution is going to have to testify on the record and under oath how the drone footage file magically changed file names and compressed itself into a blurry rendition of itself for the defense but remained in perfect pixelation for the prosecution.

There's a huge number of people on Twitter claiming this verdict means it is now fair game to shoot protesters and that there's going to be blood in the streets.
As much as this is a totally incorrect take that shows they only saw biased and incorrect media accounts instead of the actual evidence in the trial, maybe we should just let everyone run with this. If all the leftists who are prone to violently riot, loot, and burn down communities when they don't get their way think they'll likely get shot for doing so, maybe we'll have fewer riots.....?
