Just ordered some for the kids fishing rigs. Anyone use this type of set up? Tips? I'm amazed that in all my years of fishing I only found out about this type of float/bobber a couple weeks ago.

OK, just watched a youtube video on it. That's pretty cool. I actually have found a couple of these in the water. I find old kinds of bobbers and lures in the waters when kayaking. I have never paid for a bobber and only paid for about 1/4 of my lures."I see Nuthhink..... I know nuthink!!!!!"
I still have problems.

Pretty sure the other side goes up when you have fish on line. I would use it like any other bobber....... Cast out and let it sit, wind in the slack and wait for the bites. I believe wisdom says wait for second bite. Enjoy!www.AvidArms.com I'm STIHL out of conditioner!!
Finally joined the ranks of broke homeowner
Am I short stroking or going to fast?

I have used slip bobbers for years, for calicos on Black Lake and catfish in the rivers....they allow you to set your bait at any depth you like and still have a nice easy cast-able package.Beer is like porn, you can buy it but it's more fun to make your own
I have to bend over too far
I get a boner.
bareback every couple of days, GTG. Bareback, brokeback, same $hit!
I joined a support group to help me deal with my social anxiety but I just can't seem to work up the nerve to go to a meeting......
