As some of you know at the other place I started p90x . I got within a few weeks of completion and got sick so I took a few days off and never finished . Since then I have let myself go... Or should I say grow lol.
Anyways big reason I failed before what that the workouts were and hour long and I worked rotating 12's so it was tough to fit it in . I'm finally going to give P90x3 a try which are around 30 minutes long .
Hoping to compete this round, was really healthy last time around dropping cholesterol by around 100!
Hopefully I can finally make a lifestyle change instead of temporary changes.
