  • Double Barreled Pump

    A way to move a lot of lead quickly.

    Any guesses about whether this is NY legal? It looks scary so I'm guessing no.

    That'd be an interesting one, considering that there are two 7 round mag tubes. Technically you're not loading more than 10 in a single ammunition feeding device. Being that it's NY though, I would lean on the side of they'll arrest and prosecute you somehow.

        Home renovations made easy! That thing is awesome!
        I could be wrong...it's happened before and it'll happen again.

          Agree with DWA. It also looks like it might fail barrel length (18" in NY). Overall length is GTG though based on description. Didn't watch the whole video though.

            Barrels are 18.875" long.

            Joe Biden's advice on home defense makes slightly more sense with this thing.

              Then I would tend to think it's GTG (THIS IS A PERSONAL OPINION AND NOT LEGAL ADVISE).

              1. Pump action excluded from definition of Assault Weapon;
              2. LCAFD inapplicable because each tube cannot accept more than ten rounds (it clearly has two tubes, each feeding a single barrel);
              3. OAL and Barrel length exceed statutory minimums.

              That said, I bet it would be hard to find an FFL willing to ship one to NYS or transfer...

                Doesn't the "fore grip" make it a no no?

                  I think forward grips are only a no go on semi-automatic rifles.

                        I see fore grip under the Shotgun section?? Unless maybe it's not a semi auto shotgun..I didn't watch the video in the link, I'm just going by what the sheet says we can not buy.

                          That applies to semi auto only. The double barrel he r is a pump. The only restrictions on pump are min 18" barrel, min 26" OAL, and mag capacity
