on the small chance that that ever happens

New York does it. California does it. Colorado does it. If the states continue ignoring federal law and SCOTUS decisions, what keeps us from becoming a banana republic? What options doespecially the SCOTUS have to retain the rule of law.... or what's left of it.

(I'm not without personal conflict about everything being ruled from the federal level for a one size fits all government.)

Different roads within the same state have different speed limits as well. You can't drive 70 everywhere in Texas. Plus, driving isn't a constitutionally protected right.

But that's all really beside the point since most of us probably drove 70 on the way to work this morning anyways.

Interesting question. Will residents from other states have superior 2A rights compared to New York State residents while in New York State? Kind of like how illegal immigrants have advantages over citizens in certain liberal enclaves.

I'll follow that up with..... Pulled into Shoprite the other day. A pickup was parked right in front of me. The rear window had one of those stickers on it with Calvin (from Calvin & Hobbes fame) pissing on a pic of Hildabeast.
