Anything can affect the harmonics, even a coat of paint. But I don't think it will affect in a way that it would be significant to the accuracy gain or loss.
In other words, nothing that it would measurable nor noticeable.
Plus when I put the screw in the lug I wil have an option to tighten or loosen that screw and write down the torque settings. That could actually work as
a harmonics fine tuning method because could put more or less pressure on the shank but I don't have to do it.
