I really don't understand their logic. People in NC can just have the birthcerts changed to reflect their new gender. All it is, is more sensational politics.

The Connecticut case is still proceeding. Seems like the Connecticut law is close enough to SAFE that a ruling would have an impact...... if New Yorkistan recognized SCOTUS decisions.
