NY has continued to ignore Heller repeatedly without repercussion for almost a decade now, sadly I don't see that changing any time in the near future.

Understood but the point being that NY wants to "lead the Nation" in gun control and doesn't give a flying hoot about case law, the 2nd Amendment, the Constitution, or the rights of law-abiding citizens. God I hate this fvcking State!

I hope one of these organization that we pay money to will stand up and defend us as is their self appointed mission and I bet NYSRPA is kicking themselves for pulling their case.

I kinda think they were all on same page either to show united front to maintain some credibility or maybe justice Roberts voted for healthcare in exchange for a favor so to speak and he called it in on this?

Add this to the princess' executive order that all slaves in NY are not allowed to travel to NC and PRESTO ......... he should be removed from power as his actions have shown without a doubt that he IS a communist tyrant!!! He is responsible for the people of NY to no longer be looked at as Americans AND he's gone against the US Constitution all throughout his reign!! NOW IS THE TIME TO CALL FOR HIM TO STEP DOWN OR BE REMOVED BY THE PEOPLE!!!
