I used my C&R license for the transfer from my local FFL - guy is a one man operation and member of my club so I try to give him the bulk of my business. He got the rifles as part of an estate of a collector who passed. Got them as a package deal including some other goodies as well. So used C&R rather than 4473 to save a couple bucks on the transfer. 6 of one, half dozen of another...
