    What are You doing for NY??

    Happy new year Norm. After having been sick AND away from home for the vast majority of the past 8 days, I wish I'd been able to lay low for new years.

    Covid test came back negative, but I've felt awful for about a week now. This is the sickest I've been since the first time I got Covid.

    On the bright side, my 2024 should get better from here.

      i smoked some ribs! did 4 racks, all a little different but all came out great.
      made it until midnight too, though was disappointed nobody wanted to share any delicious bourbon with me.

            oh we housed the ribs! all leftovers went down easy too

            it's tough getting old and having responsibilities, no one needs to to get caught in a roadblock on NYE.
            and the weather was getting crappy too, so i totally understand the hesitance. next time...
