I've been seeing ads for a mobile tire shop on Facebook. Guy does car tires but has recommended a similar outfit for bikes. I haven't dug too deep into their pricing, but I seem to recall they're not too far off what a shop would charge.

$100 for the removal, mount and balance, and reinstallation, plus $8 for tax, and a $2 tire disposal fee if you'd like us to take the old tire with us. $110 total.
