    Blood pressure

    Blood pressure keeps going up. Over the last 2 weeks it’s gone from 145/85 up to 175/85
    wtf is going on?

    Found my own answer. Besides the political crap going on the cortisone shot in my knee for torn miniscus also causes high blood pressure and insomnia

      Wow, i didn't know that! i get cortisone regularly in my shoulders and that totally makes sense now.

    I joined a support group to help me deal with my social anxiety but I just can't seem to work up the nerve to go to a meeting......

      Work is keeping me so busy I hardly look at social media or the news anymore. My blood pressure seems to be doing a little better.
