1 tablespoon Ketchup .. the good stuff # 57
3/4 teaspoon Cayenne
1 teaspoon spicy mustard
Tablespoon dill pickle juice

1/4 cup turbinado ( raw brown Sugar)
3 tsp Salt
2 tsp Fresh black pepper, not the Store crap. Grind It !! 1 tsp each Garlic and Onion powder
2 tsp smoky Paparika
2 tsp dry mustard powder
Cayenne Pepper to taste ..lots. ????
1 tsp Celery Salt

Do you really load this stuff on, or season more lightly?

I oil, or butter the steak, then put enough on to end up with a crust

I dont care where or how its made, my hatred for it runs deep, almost a psychosis.I wont even touch the jar.If its in my way in the fridge I have to move it with something other than my hand.I went to the supermarket with a list from the wife with mayo on it.I stood looking at the display and grabbed a ketchup bottle and knocked a jar of mayo into the cart.Get to the checkout and the last thing in the cart is the mayo.I stood looking at it for a minute and pulled up the back of the cart that swings up so a cart can be put inside another cart and let the mayo roll out on the floor and kicked it under the counter.The lady behind me gave me a look and I just said "long story".

I only have a hot plate to cook on Damm CharBroil grill has a lifetime warranty on the Burners ..cast Brass But not on the tubes that mount and fuel such. ????????????????
