I'm in the process of reading 'Never Split The Difference' by Chris Voss. So far it's an entertaining and informative read. Implementing some of the principles it covers will probably take some intentional practice though, and I wonder if I'm too set in my ways for it to work for me.

I've been reading a lot of motorcycle travel books lately, wanted to change it up and that one was a good read.

Happy Birthday to me, stuck in a boring hotel room. Outside of Atlanta for a week of training, Hopefully for the last time ever. So bored, I read that piece of crap's piece of crap manifesto.

Perhaps you could take up the hurdy gurdy.

                Colonel Sanders

That is a NICE looking bunch of meat!

I can still find a use for my thumb, even though it no longer has a hole to finger.

I could have been enjoying his nuts.

I've been retired almost 10 yrs.People often ask, "but dont you get bored"? I say yes, thats when I know its nap time. You remember Hurdy Gurdy man, and yes, it was Donavan, so you must be in my age group.Embrace the fact that you are no longer getting old, you've made it, you are old ,go take a nap.

I've had "American Marxism" from Mark Levine on my shelf for month. Gotta get started on it soon.

You have me curious what Levin has to say about it.
