Anyone here do this stuff ??
I have 4 motorcycle tanks to get done this month
One is a Candy Red which will be challenging
Esp since I haven't touched a spray gun since last October, can't afford to heat the shop just got occasional work

I use spray guns at work but not for this type of stuff but I have had good luck at uniform consistent paint jobs. For me trick is to dial back air until it sputters then add more until it just stops sputtering.
www.AvidArms.com I'm STIHL out of conditioner!!
Finally joined the ranks of broke homeowner
Am I short stroking or going to fast?

I know he has a bush

      Hhhmmnmmmm
never heard of that method !!
I use a Seconds Seybolt cup to check reduction, dial in the fluid flow for the job, i.e. spot repair, or an overall
      Set the fan
      And go. ????

This is the type I use https://www.harborfreight.com/air-to...gun-69708.html . I also don't use automotive paint so I don't know if that effects things
