Is that all they were planning on doing? I thought you were getting a section of intestine removed based on what I last heard.

I had section of intestine removed and gallbladder removed back in February. Couple months later I started getting pains when I moved a lot, this surgery was to go in and look for issues that could be causing the pains. They found some adhesions and cut them but they weren't in area where I've been having the pain. They numbed up abdomen for next couple days to help with surgical pain and we'll see if the other pains come back.

Funny you say that. Back in February when I woke up from surgery the recovery room nurse said they gave me double D's lol so I played along and said I wanted triple D's and to expect to hear from my lawyer LMAO

Here's my hope and thought process. I started getting massages before surgery yesterday and it was helping. Massage therapist noticed some of the ropey feeling in abdomen was getting better. She said the ropey like feeling could be overused or weakened abdominal muscles. The massages also helped with all the pain all over too.

So I'm hoping that the adhesions removed yesterday were preventing me from normal posture causing the other muscles to be overused causing the pain which is why massage helped. So with some luck maybe removing them will allow all my muscles to work together and not have to compensate?

This was actually a cover story for the final stages of the gender re-assignment surgery. LOL.

Getting an abdomen massage just doesn't seem like it could be anything but uncomfortable.

Abdominal massage wasn't bad, light pressure.

Going to call Dr tomorrow. Incisions have been draining a little bit all day today but i don't think it's infected. Plus I still have zero feeling in part of my lower abdomen and have some redness like rash going on.
