Where do these crazies come from ???

They come from the fact that they shut all the nut houses years ago. This guy was diagnosed as being off the wall so they gave him some meds and set him loose. I believe he's had a couple of incidents with the mental health system most recently in July of this year. But dont worry, its not his fault its because of the 2nd amendment, when they abolish the 2nd only the criminals will have guns, and they will keep them out of the hands of the crazies.
