Dont need to read any Court opinions, I spent 31 years working in a court, retired and had my fill of reading that boring ass bs. I just want you to tell me where as you say, that the feds get to interfere with a state level criminal investigation outside their jurisdiction ,via the 4773 as you stated. You spent the last 10 or so replies telling me they do have jurisdiction over state level crimes via the 4773 and the only evidence you give is basically for me to "go figure it out myself". My issue isn't with him as an actor in this instance, but as the producer who oversaw the safety side of things and his utter failures there.
