Ok, I think you are reaching here. The Feds do not get involved in crimes covered by state law. They got involved in this affair very early on in the investigation and I dont think they should have. There was no federal laws broken. If somebody lied on a 4773, maybe, but I didnt hear anything about that or any other fed crime involved. Exactly how did I give up my "right to disposition"?

That is not what I was referring to The FACTS are:
1) the Mfgr is Authorized/Licensed by ATF- s Federal Agency
2) You purchased the product from a Federal Licensee
3) again, the Ammunition that you purchase is also from a Federal Licensee
4) have You heard the word "Federal" enough yet. ????
