Farm across the road from me has 7 greenhouses full waiting to ship, she told me about this issue weeks ago. Her plan is to process and package it ready for sale herself, says it actually works to her advantage since she will cut the processor out of the deal. Dont know all the ins and outs of how NY is handling things but she told me that its not just the retailers that are holding things up but the fact that they havent even approved the processing facilities as yet. I do know that from the very beginning her plan was to grow and have her own retail facility.Riding bareback since 1989Comment

retail centers are coming! DASNY is also involved and a lot is going on right now from what I hear. i believe there is a pending lawsuit for a bunch of counties, but outside of those counties processes are active and building plans are being drawn. i'd be surprised if anything is open from all this "before the end of the year" but I imagine things will move lightning fast as they are approved.
