Adirondacks is a Park Hochul

I'm sure a lot of you have read the confusion around the Adirondacks and her new unconstitutional laws.

When the fact is that many people live inside the Adirondack State Park. Her representative stated the new laws didn't apply because it's not a park but made up of forest reserves.

The new law says public parks are off limits and a felony to carry there.

Adirondacks is public.

Doesn't matter if there are forest preserves because they still fall inside of a state park!

According to NYS itself the Adirondacks is a state park and not considered a forest preserve.

So I guess if she doesn't fix the law and doesn't enforce it on the Adirondack residents then she can't really enforce it other places. That would be selective enforcement which the supreme court doesn't like either.

Hochul essentially admits she's an idiot lol.

So now she is banning smoking of tobacco and marijuana in state parks among other places. She exempts Adirondacks and Catskills though. So I guess they are parks after all.
