Tell that to the state. They say presumption is they don't want you there if they don't have sign. So technically the state is saying you're injuring that party by nkr abiding by their presumptive wishes.

For sure, who is the state to make assumptions on what individuals want especially when they didn't even have a comment period to get their opinion.

To me anything being presumptive in the law is bogus and laziness. You can't essentially create legislation to declare based on actions what intent is.
