apparently the Canadians tried to shoot down a balloon years ago with their guns and it just didn't go down very fast even with a bunch of legit holes. the excuse i heard with the first sidewinder on the first balloon (that they let float clear across the country) was that they needed it to come down in our water so they didn't want to chance it falling into international waters so we could recover it. but those damn sidewinders are expensive af. now a rusky boat getting a little close too. wtf.Comment
