OK, so I got the notice that HandwavingFreakoutery had an article about this latest Roe .v Wade SCOTUS opinion leak. I'm usually interested in their analytical take on things, so I clicked over to the article to read it. Before anyone starts worrying that I am bringing up abortion in the forum, you can relax. I didn't even get to the abortion part of the HWFO article.
In the intro to the article there was a mention of Shiri's Scissors that included a link. So given the context of the reference, I clicked the link to find out what Shiri's Scissors was/is/were. The article explaining Shiri's Scissors is well written and very interesting, and pretty freaky. I'm not entirely sure if it has any basis in reality or is purely creative writing. It's a longer read, so don't dive into it unless you have some time to spare.

The author doesn't actually say any of the top 3 things that are so divisive, but obviously it makes the reader curious and apprehensive at the same time. Are national actors using this kind of tech against other countries?
