Google sucks

Google sucks lol. My Google phone can't make calls, can't receive calls but can text and it overheats and when it overheats while in pocket battery rapidly drains.
been in contact with Google since Thursday. They already told me they will send replacement and will send me a link to order a new one. That was yesterday, today they are saying they need to create the ticket lol.

I can't chat with them since the "specialist team" only does email and rarely reply.

I think I figured it out though. I just emailed them again but I used a key phrase.

"Hey Google, respond to me" LMAO

For what ifs worth I told them I could make or receive calls last month and they said it was a known issue which should be fixed by June. Only reason they are replacing phone is for overheating issue.

I have cricket as well. The call issues is software issue on Google end and I'm pretty sure the overheating is either software or hardware issue related to cellular transmitter. Doesn't overheat when in airplane mode.

Wife had a Pixel that was overheating and locking up. Didn't occur to me that Google would do anything about it because of the age of the phone.

For known issues Google will it seems even if it's out of warranty.

My phone was still in warranty and I was fortunate enough to have them make a exception for me in my current issue.
