The used car market is ridiculous right now, I'm aggravated as hell at paying what I paid. My last couple of trucks were ones that were traded in and needed a bunch of work, so I got them super cheap and kept them running forever. I hit a deer a few weeks ago that totaled my truck, and I've been home from work with a knee injury since the beginning of January, so I don't have the luxury of time to shop around right now. Plus I don't have the time or energy for project cars anymore.

I find him pretty funny, too, but it’s a subtle/dry humor.

Unfortunately life got in the way with a few things this past month, so I ended up canceling the trip and hired a shipping company to transport. Should be getting picked up today and be 7-10 days transit.

My glorious solo cross country road trip will have to wait.

$1,550. Not too bad considering the price of diesel and its just a shade under 3k miles. It was going to cost just about that for flight, gas, hotels, and fun money along the way anyhow.
