What would happen if everyone reported false side effects?

Just curious what would happen if people on mass scale reported false adverse reactions to the vaccines?

How would they determine what's real and not real and would they have to pause giving them out.

There is a .gov agenda here what it is, is unclear to me
Perhaps to drive billions of dollars to pharma

Here's a theory based on assumption government wants what's best while taking into account it likes to lie lol.

It's been shown RNA can get written into DNA. I'm not sure how mRNA is different.

What if the are pushing the mRNA vaccines because it does change your DNA. Studies have shown that a lot of our junk DNA is made up of virus fragments which help us fight off those viruses. So maybe they are trying to get parts of virus in our DNA so that future generations may not be as effected by the virus?

If it were true they couldn't tell the people because no one in there right mind would trust the government with this new technology to change there DNA because we know there would be unintended consequences.
