I'm guessing OSHA guidance will say testing is allowable if it doesn't cause undue hardship on company. I don't think employees will have right to test out like we think now. I'm basing it on these comments from Whitehouse.

Federal Mandate I think allows for religious exemption.

Well this is interesting. Biden told us that the OSHA rule will say either be fully vaccinated or get tested weekly. Then he contradicts that when speaking to business leaders. Here is the quote from the white house website.

The science says the vaccinated and the unvaccinated have the same viral load. The science says the vaccinated can still spread Covid. Yet Biden says we have to protect the vaccinated from the unvaccinated.

                  This is completely ass backwards.

According to Biden’s new rules for companies with 100 or more employees, the unvaccinated have to be tested every week, unlike the vaccinated. The vaccinated can have Covid and no one might ever know, because they don’t get tested. The vaccinated can spread Covid all around and pass it on to other people, including the unvaccinated, but they get a free pass.

It's the unvaccinated that need to be protected from the vaccinated, but the unvaccinated are punished with testing, just for not taking a government mandated shot. With the same viral load as the unvaccinated, the vaccinated should be tested every week also, otherwise it is just discrimination, and it doesn't follow the science.

We shouldn't have to mention that the Biden administration is letting in illegals by the hundreds of thousands, and they don't have to be tested or vaccinated. We also shouldn't even have to talk about the fact that many tens of millions of people already have immunity and have better protection against Covid than what the vaccine gives, but the government won't even recognize that fact.

                  It's the shot, or else!

"I ask, Sir, what is dinner? It is the whole chicken. To pluck the chicken is the best and most effectual way to prepare them."
                  Colonel Sanders

That is a NICE looking bunch of meat!

I can still find a use for my thumb, even though it no longer has a hole to finger.

I could have been enjoying his nuts.

More fun stuff: Apparently it is considered "protected health information" if you ask your doctor about his vaccination status and he refuses to answer but it's not "protected health information" if the restaurant owner asks you about your vaccination status as a condition to enter his establishment and order a sammich.

Do patients have the right to know if their doctors and nurses are vaccinated?

Demme says a patient has a right to ask if their caretakers are vaccinated but unless the doctors and nurses volunteer an answer, the hospital can't say.

"They're not allowed to get that information," he said. "That is protected health care information."

So then my vaccination status is protected by HIPPA and I'm not required to tell my employer?

Vaccination status is considered medical records (PHI) and is protected from involuntary disclosure.

Today an FDA panel voted AGAINST approving a Pfizer booster jab for people 16 years of age and older. It wasn't even a close vote.

This is kinda awkward on a few different levels, not the least of which is Biden having recently said to prepare for booster jabs. Who needs to be suicided to fix this?

                                https://www.bloomberg.com/news/artic..._medium=social

The FDA had asked the advisory panel to vote on whether the safety and effectiveness data submitted by the companies support approval of a booster dose for people age 16 and up. Panelists are discussing narrower options after rejecting that proposal in a 16-2 vote.

Some of the panelists indicated that while they see a potential need for older or other more vulnerable groups to receive a third dose, the need for younger people could be less pressing, and may pose other medical risks.

“There are very clear populations where a booster may be appropriate, such as elderly or immunocompromised,” said National Institutes of Health scientist Michael Kurilla. “It’s not clear to me that the data we’re seeing right now is applicable or necessary for the general population.”

Panelist Paul Offit, director of the Vaccine Education Center at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, also questioned the wide framing of the FDA question, and raised concerns about the risk of myocarditis, a kind of heart inflammation, for younger men.
