Anyone use TOR?

I've been messing around with raspberry pi stuff and just made a TOR proxy server. Plug if into ethernet and any device that connects to it's wifi automatically goes through TOR without any configuration on devices or browsers.

I've read that you can allegedly stream blacked out sports games this way.

i do not but know people that have. i believe it's gotten harder to get everything the last year though. i'm pretty sure though that an acquaintance of mine was using raspberry pi & tor for sports and games up until recently and said a lot of what he was using is now cut off. not sure though i'll try and ask him next time i see him. I have no interest in watching blacked out sports but could be interested in using if for other cool things if they exist.

This project is easy enough for anyone.

Basically I downloaded image of torbox used some program called etcher to write the image to a SD card. Insert sd card into raspberry pi, connect ethernet cable, plug raspberry pi into power. Wait a few minutes then use program called putty, input ip address from instructions and click connect. Then change passwords and ssid if you want ( very easy to do with instructions on website for torbox) then connect to the wifi hotspot and all data will be run through TOR.

I guess you can get a usb wifi and if you use built in wifi as well you can have it connect via WiFi instead of ethernet. So you could hook up a battery to raspberry pi and have it connect to a public network while your out and about to more privacy if I understand things correctly.
