Need a rough head count......with king andy's decree of "no more than 4 to a table" we're going to have to spread out. Feckin douchebag.
Technically the high top tables only fit two or three each when we move them together, and they're all actually separate tables. Moving individual tables close to each other doesn't make them a single table.

No, but tables (or high tops) of 4 will need to be separated from each other by 6 feet. (Can't wait to get out of this state....hopefully before year end)
Beer is like porn, you can buy it but it's more fun to make your own
I have to bend over too far
I get a boner.
bareback every couple of days, GTG. Bareback, brokeback, same $hit!
I joined a support group to help me deal with my social anxiety but I just can't seem to work up the nerve to go to a meeting......

The wife and I were talking about this rule. Since we're a family of 5, it seems to create an opportunity for a more relaxed meal for the adults. Stick the kiddos at their own table 6 feet away and let them do what they want while we enjoy our meal. Tell the restaurant "we're just following the rules."

those Regulations do not apply to You, but rather the Registered NYS Entity
just say NO !
Order food, move tables together
what ..??
You wish us to leave now ..??

While true, it seems this just puts the 'registered NYS entity' between a rock and a hard place. We like Sticky Lips, so as much as I like picking apart Cuomo's dictatorial decrees, the goal isn't to get the restaurant in trouble. If Michelle says it's cool, then I say we maintain our usual arrangement. If she says it's not cool, I'm not interested in making it difficult for usmcveteran to get the food he normally gets.

Reason: Typo.
Looks like we'll be sneaking this lunch in just under the wire. We're on day 8 of code yellow and likely to go to code orange on day 10 if I understand everything correctly. If they're going to move us to code orange and stop indoor dining either way, that seems to take some of the concern away from the table distance rules.
As far as I know, hospital capacity isn't factored into these color codes, so once again this is all BS. They're barely finding any positive test results in the schools, but they're still going to shut the schools down anyways. Everyone be scared. Obey our benevolent overlords.
My wife's 98 year old grandfather got Covid and recovered. His 97 year old wife was exposed and never showed symptoms. They might just hit their 80th wedding anniversary in spite of this craziness.
