I need to finish getting everything to fit into portable box so it can run off battery which can be powered by solar. I have raspberry pi set up to decode different digital signals and can send email over radio with a forum set up on the raspberry pi where people can post if they are within range of it. It's setup as wifi hotspot even though it's not actually connected to the internet.
