Interesting ammo stats. Not exactly surprising that that 9mm and 5.56 are the most in demand cartridges right now.

It's a little late this time, but from a prepping standpoint this information could justify owning firearms chambered in .45, .308, and 7.62x39. Granted, none of this matters if you buy an adequate amount of ammo when the prices are low. But if you're looking for a firearm this late in the game, might as well buy something you can get ammo for.

I read some of the excitement on the ammo issue being the lack or closure of lead mines here and delays of overseas shipments. Either way start to reload you high use ammo and stock pile lead, powder and primers. Never thought I would say I would be doing it, but the rise of stupidity in people is driving the train. As others have already said, step back and observe, this ain't nothing if the Demosocialibtards take over.

I found some prepping videos. I can see thug being up to this, with the condition we let him choose a Finnish 6.5 from the rack at the end of the day.

Stopped into Sportsman's Warehouse over lunch. There was a decent line waiting to get to the gun counter and they've clearly been moving some guns and ammo. The last time I was in there their rifle racks were pretty much full. Now they're probably less than 50% full. For a state that has 'banned' AR15s, it's interesting that the MAGPUL items were mostly gone.
