Headed to hunt up in Speculator Friday, zero dark thirty. Right now there are 5 of us hunting where we've never been so it will be entertaining. Let me know if anyone is interested. Old fashioned Adirondack deer drives, pack a lunch, hunt dark to dark, compass required, GPS reccomended, woods sense helpful, beginners welcome as well, only hard fast rule, if your put on a watch, you don't move from it till someone comes and picks you up.

I hate traveling and honestly, when it's this cold, I have to set up another bow at a lower poundage so I could actually pull it back without my arms falling off. That actually happened to me last year. I drew back and both arms fell off. I just took the bandaids yesterday. Look pretty good except I put the arms on the opposite side so it's been alittle longer recovery having to learn to do things backwards and all. I'm OK though. Thanks for asking!! Did you ask?? When I hunted Wis along the Mississippi, we did deer drives in the swamps with bows. The deer would wade from high spot to high spot and wait and offer ample.time for a shot. Was pretty cool, never hunted with a bow like that before.I must say I love beavers.Comment
