    I'll start ........ I need advice on how to do more then 1 pull up. Looking for real advice not lose weight or become a man lol.

        You can't be posting to the WWW how to achieve mire then 1 pull-up in a manly advice thread, shoulda fabricated it to "how to do more then 50 pull-ups" then just shortened down the advice given to achieve your 2nd pull-up..hehehe

            Chin ups and exercise serve only to attempt to prove how manly you are. Real men don't need to prove anything. Grab some bourbon, grow a beard, bathe in Hoppe's, and grunt loudly.

                  With some duct tape and a blow torch I could get at least 50 or so out of you. Wouldn't be pretty but it would work.

                    No idea what your weight is like, but I'd say switch to lat pulls for the time being to build the appropriate strength. Mix it up with different weight/rep combinations along with underhand, overhand, and parallel grips.

                        Little over 200. Can only do 1 underhand grip. I think my best was around 16 before but its been a while.
