Is it customary to piss in the hole or is this the outhouse on the lake?? Don't give me no crap ... someone pissed in that hole!! It's pee yellow man!! Are you sure you were setup in the right spot? If you tell me you caught alot of brown trout, I'll know you were in the wrong spot!!

Lots of hard water fishing happening on my little lake now. I wonder how many of them set their lines and then hit the bar that's at the end of the lake. The big fireplace sure feels good compared to what's outside.

That is a NICE looking bunch of meat!

I can still find a use for my thumb, even though it no longer has a hole to finger.

I could have been enjoying his nuts.

Don't let the DEC catch ya doing that. You're not supposed to be more than a certain distance away (I can't remember what that distance is).

Well I'm not fishing, but it wouldn't surprise me if it's been too much of a temptation for some. I've never even heard of DEC being on our lake seeing as it's off the beaten path and pretty much private with no public access , but there's always a first time.

I looked it up ..... it says "No further than the closest bar." .... who'd have thunk??

Did anyone else notice the time this butt munch decides to invite me to go fishing at 3pm?? It's OK .... when I start posting up some advertising of fishing equipment for him, there may or may not be typographical errors in the pricing so you all better be ready to type "I'll take it" when I post it up!!! LMAO

If I have a good day, I'll let you know.
That's the problem with Saratoga Lake..IMHO. You catch bass through the ice all day long that would have been a blast in open water. I don't like to eat Bass, so I don't ice fish there much anymore. I know people catch some sweet Pike on that lake, but I'm not one of them.

I'll let you know when I'm going next time. Probably won't be 'til after the weekend but that's OK because the ice should be thick enough to hold your ass by then!!!!!! Ha Ha! Talk to you soon!

That picture was taken in the late afternoon. And NO, I don't use the ice fishing holes to go pee. I carry empty Gatorade Bottles in my Sled to use for that purpose. But I do have the cover down when I'm taking a leak into a bottle so people in houses don't get their panties all up in a dander. LOL

If anyone around rochester needs a partner I'll bring beer and venison sausage. I have never gone before but I would like to try it out before investing in equipment.

Side note... how do you keep the minnow bucket from freezing

The minnow bucket is typically insulated. But you do get a thin layer on top of the water sometimes.

I may just have to suck it up and buy a manual auger (the motorized ones are expensive).

Now to find a good resource on current ice conditions. My biggest fear is falling through.

Camper, let me dig through the piles of Peshitta in my basement......pretty sure I've got a manual auger and some tip-ups that could be yours for the taking.
Beer is like porn, you can buy it but it's more fun to make your own

I have to bend over too far

                                I get a boner.

bareback every couple of days, GTG. Bareback, brokeback, same $hit!

I joined a support group to help me deal with my social anxiety but I just can't seem to work up the nerve to go to a meeting......
