Ice fishing gear

Is anyone here go ice fishing,I am wondering as I am looking to sell all the gear I have which is not a lot but I rather sell it to someone who could use it,this would be all sorts of small jig heads and a rod and reel..I just not into ice fishing anymore and most importantly it is just to hard for me to walk and stand on the ice for any long periods,plus I really do not want to drive a $40,000 truck on the ice if you know what I mean,I do not have any other type of vehicle that I can use such as a 4 wheeler plus it is just to cold for me to do it anymore..I rather fish out of my boat plus it is warmer,lol..If anyone is interested I try and get some pictures of what I have and post it in the Market place..

Hello guys I am still here just have not been very active since my last post,I have been doing some side work a the Marina all summer then after the season was down I had been going back and fourth to the DR's because I had to have a couple more surgeries since Christmas.The good part is I am doing better as of right now..I am still pretty active when it comes to shooting at the range mainly during the summer months when I am not at the marina working.As a matter of fact I am going to building a couple new rifles which I have all the lower parts just need to get my uppers,I want to build a 300 Black Out ,the other rifle I am not sure what I want to build it will be ether a AR-10 or 6,5 Creedmoor..If you where going to build one of these rifles would it be a AR-10 or 6.5 Creedmoor?

Hey Clarence, make sure you stick with a single manufacturer for all the parts if you're going to go AR-10, the AR-10 lowers are not a universal pattern like mil spec AR-15's are. Each manufacturer has proprietary parts and it can be a pain in the ass mixing stuff from different manufacturers (example: the PSA 308 lower uses proprietary take-down pins and bolt catch that are ONLY available from PSA).

BTW: PSA has unbelievable prices on their stuff right now. I know someone who just put together an AR-10 for less than $600 complete! (fixed mag....he likes the look of all the scary looking parts)

Thanks thughes,Yup I certainly will.since my AR-10 lower is a PSA I be going with a PSA Upper. I just need to figure if I want a 18 or 20 inch barrel.by the way I do not no if anyone has seen this yet but there is a company out there that can make any AR=15 or AR-10 into a bolt action by simply changing out the charging handle,I might get this part as I think it should be totally legal and you can have all those nice features, it is called the Kali Key check out this video as it should take less then 5 minutes to change out the parts..Here is the Company who has the Kali Key.http://www.jlbillet.com/kalikey

You'd have to be crazy not to be buying from PSA right now if you ever had any intention at all of building an AR (5.56 or .308). Get it now before the rush happens when congress passes another ban!
