That looks delicious! I see why you were against the tomato paste - more of a marinara style you have going there. Some small leaf/stem basil would work real well with that pie.
What about the dough, is that whole wheat? Looks great...
I should have taken that extra roll of dough off your hands last night for more pizza today...I think you stumbled on a new hand exercise kneading the dough for about 45 minutes after we ate!!
