  • Rib eye & panzetta

    I want to write some recipes for you guys.
    At the moment something simple....
    some coals from some slow burning oak wood. Rib Eye, Coarse sea salt from the Mediterranean and lots of love.... and panzetta too, not bacon, panzetta (panchetta).

    It is a shame when people demanding tolerance, have no tolerance

      Yeah! I am a hardcore Meatgetarian... I only eat animals that eat grass, pastures and grain... if possible free range only... Not a huge fan of lion meat here. LOL

          One of my favorite steaks,I would love to help you eat at least one of those Ribeyes..Here it is 12:38am and my mouth is just watering for one,lol

          I could probably could get away with a 52 inch shaft but if I could get a 54 inch shaft that would be great as I could always adjust the length of the shaft
