I am about to place an order and it gets cheaper in bulk. Would anyone be interested in a kit? It contains spices, cure, acid, and 19mm casings for 25#'s of sausage.
It would be about $25, perhaps a little less.
I can add on high temp cheese and dehydrated jalepenos to the order. No discount on these. It would be $25 for the cheese (cheddar, pepper jack, or habenero) and $10 for the peppers. This would do #25 of sausage.
I think I have 50 pounds of meat in the freezer right now and we are planning on smoking new years.
