Show of your pictures of your game that you or your friend got and processed..

I do not have any pictures of us processing the game we got to do this year, but do have a couple of pictures of what we did processed..We had got 2 deer that we processed but forgot to get some pictures of them.

I do not have all the meat in the picture we processed as most of the game is in the freezer at my landlords daughter place in the garage as we did not have the room this year to place it all..so we only keep a packages at the house here..

Just recently a good friend dropped of a Elk hind quarter and a Bear for us to process he got the Elk and Bear in Idaho..By the way I use a FoodSaver Sealer to package all are meat this is a must have and it keeps your meat from getting freezer burn as we have deer meat from 2012 still froze with no freezer burn..

Anyways here is what I can show you all..

1st picture is a Elk hind quarter in the green tote..

2nd picture is the Bear in a clear tote.

3rd picture is some of the meat we did all process

I could probably could get away with a 52 inch shaft but if I could get a 54 inch shaft that would be great as I could always adjust the length of the shaft

All we need to add to that is some Marinade and a BBW Grill and we're good for dinner!

I like to get the entire backstrap out whole so that I can cut chops off for My Atomic Buffalo Turd recipe.

You can get a lot done if you at least have a stainless steel sink in your kitchen:

Lol...the best part of the deer. Sometimes I will cut a small roast instead of chopping the whole loin, but only if I know that more than a few people wil be over.

Yes it is, but you know I also love using the other meat and grind it in to hamburger or I make sausage which I really love more then hamburger, the hamburger is great for spaghetti or meatloaf, I just picked up some more breakfast seasoning from Gander Mountain they have a couple different ones I like, there is this one makes 24lbs http://www.gandermountain.com/modper...e-Kit&i=763737 or they have one that makes 25lbs in a bag can not find it on there website both are very good..The best part is you can store these in your cabinet for next year harvest,I think we be getting another deer from my friend who shot the Elk and Bear as he still has 2 more tags to fill..

Where having backstraps tonight for supper can not wait..

Ummm.... BBW? I'm assuming you were on your phone, but curious as to why BBQ autocorrected to that.

Well, he should be more thankful that it didn't spit out "BBC".

I not sure about being jealous, but I surely thought I would have seen more pictures of everyone who processes there game, even if it came from friends who gave them the game meat like my friend who gave me some..
