Time to marinate a Sauerbraten, lol. Figured it should be GTG by Saturday...

Changed it up a little bit this time:
4 lb pot roast
1 large onion, chopped
5 cloves garlic, sliced
2 carrots, chopped
2 celery stalks, chopped
8 juniper berries, crushed
10 pepper corns, crushed
10 cloves, whole
3 bay leaves, whole
1 teaspoon ginger, ground
1-1/2 teaspoons thyme
1 teaspoon rosemary
2-1/2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon brown sugar
1-1/2 cups apple cider vinegar
1 cup red wine vinegar
2 cups water
Lightly sauteed garlic, onion, carrots and celery over low heat about 5 minutes. Mixed in everything else (except beef) brought to boil then let simmer 10 minutes. Let cool. Beef and marinade in plastic bag in refrigerator next 5 days...
