      I was planning on using oven from start which I think I made clear in first post lol. I had enough to smoke it ad even grill chicken after moving the pork butts. But hey I like women, send me the lesbian card!

            I smoke them on charcoal for the first 4 to 5 hours in the Weber kettle. I use the slow n sear insert from adrenaline BBQ. Its the best investment i ever made. Can be a super hot sear station, but I can also hold it dead steady at 225 for 6 to 7 hours easy with one chimney of briquettes. Ill finish them the rest of the way on a Traeger Pellet grill.

            For anyone using the Weber Kettle, get yourself one of these. You won't be disappointed.
