  • Brown Sugar Venison


    Ingredients:

    1. A.1.MARINADE (CHICAGO STEAKHOUSE FLAVOR)
    2. Brown Sugar
    3. Mrs. Dash (Italian Medley)
    4. Garlic Powder
    5. Sea Salt
    6. Pepper
    7. Molasses (optional)
    8. Sliced Onion
    9. Virgin olive oil

    Directions:

    1. Marinade the steaks in the A.1. for 24 hours min.
    2. Saute sliced onions, and oil in a frying pan.
    3. When onions are 1/2 way done add meat, and sprinkle brown sugar, salt pepper, garlic powder, Mrs. Dash, and if you have a sweet tooth...molasses.
    4. Immediately turn meat after spices are applied, and cook rare.








    Serve with mash potatoes, and vegetables. A little red wine, and your set...damn..I forgot the table shot.

    Going to try this out in the next couple of days. Have you ever used other marinade for this?
    I bought my sons out of state.

      Yes, I have tried all the A1 marinades, and a few others but the A1 Chicago Steak House is definitely my favorite.

      The Molasses might be a bit much. Lately, I have left it out, But if you use it, just put a dab or two. It can get sweet fast.
