  • Flashlights?

    Hello everyone.

I wanted to see what everyone would chose for a Flashlight?

With so many types of Flashlights out on the Market today what would say is the best one you would recommend and why would you choose it..

Please post name and link of the Flashlight you think would be the best to own..If there is any YouTube video of the Flashlight you recommend please post the link to the video..

Simply put what type of Flashlight would you have for your everyday use,be it be for hunting, camping or general use around the house..

You can have multiple Flashlights or just one but I am sure most of you out there have more then just 1 Flashlight,I have a couple different ones that I use for different uses..

So I want to buy at least 2 more 1 for when I am fishing at night time and another for general use..

I am looking for something that is the brightest and shows up at the longest distant that one can see and one that has the longest battery life...

Please let me know what you would recommend..

    Clarence
I could probably could get away with a 52 inch shaft but if I could get a 54 inch shaft that would be great as I could always adjust the length of the shaft

This should be interesting as the criteria brightest, distance of illumination, and battery life are all trade-offs for each other.

Harley, please school me as I am also curious as to what the heck a fleshlight is... Inquiring minds want to know !

Google is your friend. Just not on a work computer.

Hi Clarence. Good topic! It depends on the situation. I have an old school 4D maglight mounted by my back door. Lights up the yard nicely. Have a headlamp by the front door, a AA maglight on the night stand and a 5.11 ATAC on the shottie.

I'm also fond of the android flashlight app on my phone. I use that all the time.

The Android app is amazing for what it is, can't really be compared to a real led flashlight bit since your phone is on you 99 percent of the time.

Now days you can find a general around the house led flashlight around 320 lumen for 20-30 dollars. Spend more get more. I picked up a pair of 320 lumen 3 AAA cells for $17 on clearance at lowes a couple mother's ago, more than sufficient for around the house duty.

OK, put it back in your pants and lets get back on-topic boys......

I've got a bunch of Helotex G2's: they're great for EDC, the night stand, the glove box, the tool box, the range bag, the tackle box, etc. $25 on Amazon.

Beer is like porn, you can buy it but it's more fun to make your own

I have to bend over too far

                        I get a boner.

bareback every couple of days, GTG. Bareback, brokeback, same $hit!

I joined a support group to help me deal with my social anxiety but I just can't seem to work up the nerve to go to a meeting......

And you can protect your flashlight investment for just a few dollars more by wrapping it in a dual use fleshlight since they also come in different sizes.
