Well broke out the Walrus tonight and Whew Wee did it reek bad from 15+ years in the bag, lol. My son loved it BTW but I don't think I could spend 10 minutes in it let alone overnight. Have it in the washing machine now with some Tide and an extra dose of clorox lol. Think I'm going to run it through again for goodness sake, lol.
Threw the Northface base camp (aka the hotel) tent we usually use on "overnights" to the boy and he could barely hold it. The Walrus was a piece of cake! He didn't believe it was a tent until I took it out and showed him...Comment

Well the tent smells pretty fresh. Lost all of the water seam tape though, lol. Drying out now, hope the laundrying didn't mess things up too badly, lol...Comment

oh yeh detergents and bleach and waterproofing don't mix.... if youare still going top use that tent you'll want to re coat the entire thing and re-seal the seams ... kiwi makes some as does Nickwax I think they all also make seam seal ... I recommend brush on instead of tape - tape is easier though
