The 410 lever guns are fun the issue is they cannot shoot 45 caliber. The gun must be 45 caliber first (larger bore) and then it might take 410. With the revolver is easy.
But in case of a lever a 45/70 can shoot a 410 and both are good for blackpowder too. I think the ideal is that 45 colt would make a nice pistol rifle too. But in reality
there are others that could do very well like the 44 magnum / 44 colt. Or even the 444 marlin that can be used for the 410 given one opens up the rim diameter a bit at the breach and also t the base(like 7 thousands) that should allow for reliable operation of both. One might need a 45/70 magazine tube.
Perhaps one should consider the 357 magnum and maximum that could fire the 38 special and 38 colt and all can shoot cast black powder loads.
A maximum lever action would be able to take bird shot and loaded just like a small shotshell. Not a lot of shot but enough to do the job with small birds and a couple of buck shot.
But one thing that would be very easy to make would be a bolt action with a quick switch barrel for compatible calibers.
